We are experienced in all facets of telecommunications, with each consultant having a minimum of 18 years experience in telecommunications. We offer project services for PBX/IPT replacement, local, long distance, WAN and internet evaluation and/or replacement services, telecommunications project management, customized inventory assessments, call center technology and system or process re-design.
Our services are offered as turnkey solutions or the phased approach. Some of the services we offer in conjunction with the above projects are strategic planning, process and needs assessments, data collection, system design, RFP generation and evaluation, contract negotiation and overall project and implementation management. |
